1. Get into a comfortable body position (see photograph)
2. Pull your naval in towards your backbone
3. Keep your head up and shoulders back
4. Lead with soles of feet
5. Toes pointing upwards
6. Pull one knee to chest whilst other leg straightens
7. Pull and push using resistance in a slow, controlled manner ensuring you keep your hands up, level with shoulders.
8. Start with 5 repetitions and increase if you feel comfortable
