Lying Side Leg Raise

Look at the photograph for arm and body position

1. Contract your stomach muscles

2. Lift top hip above bottom hip

3. Pull buttocks in to prevent rolling back

4. Both feet at right angles to ankle

5. Raise top leg up slowly and lower whilst holding Instepp® handles by your waist

6. Do as many as you feel comfortable with

7. Change legs and repeat
