Tricep muscles are at the back of the upper arms.
1. Grip Instepp handles by the side of each leg and take behind head into position as demonstrated in photograph 5.
2. Hug your head with your lower arms
3. Deep knee bend
4. Feet shoulder width apart
5. Bottom out
6. Tightly contract stomach muscles
7. Keep back straight
8. Breathe in when straightening arms from the elbows
9. Breathe out when bending arms from elbows
10. Keep elbows facing forwards
