Instepp Walking Bicep Curls

 

  1. Grip Instepp® handles, palms facing upwards.
  2. Shoulders back, head up, pull in stomach muscles.
  3. Keep wrists firm, bringing each fist up to shoulder and back to leg in time with walking stride.
  4. Same arm, same leg as this creates the greatest resistance.
