Walking Split Lunges with Bicep Curl
Long walking stride with bicep curl.
1. Drop back knee as shown in picture
2. Do a bicep curl with the front leg’s corresponding arm (ie in the picture the right leg is forward so curl the right bicep.
This is a hard exercise but with great benefits.
Keep shoulders back, head up, back straight.
Stretch the quadriceps (front of thigh), keep both feet facing forward as you walk slowly.
